post baby workout.
what would be a great low impact workout that i can do. this Wednesday it will be 3 weeks since i had my son.
my workout ( I created ) is super simple!!!!! No crunchies, push up, burpees or sit ups involved. I lost 3pant sizes in 2 weeks!! It's only 17 minutes long!! 27 if you add the second routine which isn't til hours later.
Susan ... can you get to a pool? Swimming and/or water aerobics is a great non impact exercise...so is using an eliptical machine. i know this can be an expensive solution but just wanted to mention it ...just in case you belong to the YMCA or a GYM
I began with a lot of walking. We walked everywhere we went even did things like park farther from stores doors to get extra steps in. I didnt start a routine till Miko was about 5 to 6 months.

im a first time mommy and he has had my heart since i heard him cry. i just went back to work a couple of weeks ago. its hard being away from his so long as i work full time. but i know im doing the best thing i can for him.
