I need to get workout more often not because i am trying to fit into some ideal body type but because i am not where i want to be. Strength is my big goal i want to achieve visible muscle with out having to suck it in or flex! Any other ladies have this goal?
What workouts do you like doing?
I wanted to be strong.. I wanted to be able to carry my kids up stairs or run to save them.. lol. I think being strong is so much better than just looking a certain way.. You can be a skinny fat person..
Weights were the BEST thing I ever did for my body.. the absolute best..
