Try not to show it, too much.

When you are disappointed with your kids try not to show it too much . yes, let them know how you feel (if it will help) but at the same time try to remain kind and supportive. Children are generally more receptive to changing whatever disappointing behaviors they have if you come at it from a positive angle.
