Weight loss...any ideas?
I have been eating less, eating right, exercising (when I can) and still cannot rid myself of the dreaded, "baby weight." I did not gain a whole lot with him, it was mainly water weight, but I cannot seem to get the weight off. I am a bit down because I do miss my old body. I know my son was worth it, but I do long to fit into my old clothes.
How did you all do it, if you don't mind me asking?
