Fussy baby/no sleep

so Caroline has been been abnormally fussy today, and i have had no sleep, i was literally up all night trying to get her to stay asleep and now i feel like i am about to lose it, and her father wont be home any time soon since he is in the next town over taking care of some business. sometimes i miss having family close by that could easily come and give a helping hand. i have a babysitter, but she is also dating our neighbor, and has already helped us so much, and we have taken her from her new boyfriend too much, so do not want to ruin their first baby free day together. i need a serious nap

I wonder if she is teething or getting sick. I hope you can find something that will soothe her and help her get some sleep so you can sleep. What have you tried so far to soothe her? Maybe we can give you some more suggestions.

Sorry you are dealing with no help on top of a fussy baby. Glad your partner got home. Hopefully the all elusive sleep with come once you lay there for a while. Lavender essential oil can help with sleep, just put a couple drops in your hand and rub over your pillow. Does soothing music help you relax and go to sleep?

Have you tried an amber teething necklace yet? They reduce pain and swelling. Babies are not supposed to chew on them. The amber necklace worked amazing for my youngest two.

I am a stay at home mom, my kids are amazing, and too smart for me at times, love to sing and dance, and just hang out, and looking for people with kids the same age as mine so that i can introduce them to new friends!
