Increasing you chances of getting pregnant

-See your doctor for a preconception appointment to be sure you are healthy.
-Eat healthy and drink plenty of water.
-Take prenatal vitamins to help reduce your baby's risk of neural tube defects.
-Track your cycle, make note of them your period starts and ends, monitor your cervical mucous and your basal body temperature.
-Use Pre-Seed or other conception safe lubrication.
-Make sure that you are having unprotected sex daily 72hours before you ovulate and for 48hours after you ovulate to be sure the sperm doesn't miss the egg.
-Try to have fun, orgasm may help increase your chances of getting pregnant.
-Reduce stress. Stress impacts your hormones and can cause you to have an irregular cycle.
