Only one fallopian tube

It is possible to get pregnant with only one fallopian tube. It might take you longer to get pregnant with only one tube though. Usually you will ovulate every month, ovulation will rotate from one ovary to the other one each month. If you only have one tube when you will only have your egg able to reach the uterus every other month. Most women with one fallopian tube are able to get pregnant.
