How long does it take to lose baby weight
I don't know because I haven't lost it. I have consistently gained, though I had a couple of pregnancies where my weight gain was low and I had lost weight in between. But I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I need more exercise and portion control.

I never lost either and my baby is nine. I don't go up either, so that's a good thing, right?
I lost my weight I gained during pregnancy but still trying to tone up my tummy.
i lost the weight in 4 months after having him so now i am back to 150 but tummy isn't flat anymore which is understable lol
I wouldn't know. I gained 35 lbs my first pregnancy, and got pregnant again after about 3 months. Hopefully not too long, but at the same time, I strangely want to keep at least some of the weight on.
It depends on the person. I know for woman who breastfeed they tend to lose weight faster. For me I personally lost the weight with-in days after having my kids and was able to fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans.
I have been losing some and my son is almost 3 months old. I exercise while holding him, putting him in a baby carrier, or going for walks. I had to be placed on a diabetic diet while pregnant with my son due to gestational diabetes. I lost 20 pounds while doing so. Sugars, carbs, and high sodium contents will cause one to put on the weight. I am a sugar fan (thankfully not a salt flavor fan) so it is difficult. I have been omitting soda (sometimes I slip) and saying no to sugary foods. I have dropped at least 10 pounds by doing so, plus some exercise and walking. However, it does depend on the individual. Not all diets work for people. Some work for others while others do not.

I never lost it all.... I think all my 'youngster metabolism' died while I was pregnant with Cece. :)
I lost all my baby weight in a week but the little pouch where my little girl was is still there. It's like having a little extra flab hanging by my stomach. I don't mind it though. :)
I gained 50-60 lbs with my daughter. Was 150 before her and ended with 210. I was up and down with the dieting and just gave up after awhile cuz it was getting me nowhere. I would say a year before I got pregnant with my son I decided to start dieting again because I couldnt afford new clothes. So I started eating foods with very low carbs and low calories or none at all. Basically fruits, veggies, and protein meats such as chicken, turkey and fish. I did this for 6 days and my 7th day was a free day meaning I could eat what I wanted. I started losing weight within that week. A few pounds each week. Each week got easier and each Friday (free day) I was eating less of whatever I wanted and was getting fuller faster. I was also running on the treadmill, playing Just Dance on the Wii (that was a total workout) and I was tanning (sweating off the pounds). My diet started at 190 lbs and ended at 140 lbs. I couldnt lose anymore weight so I maintained it but I still had the belly, unfortunately, but it had gone down some. I only gained like maybe 30-40 lbs with my son. I ended up losing it but my weight has fluctuated since and now the warmer air is just around the corner and Ive been cooped up too long so Ill be doing a lot of walking this spring and summer.
