I have a bad habit of creating arguments in my head when I get stressed or angry. For so reason, I can't figure out a valid one, I am stressed and angry. I keep finding things to be angry at my husband for but when I step back and think about it I'm completely over reacting. Does any one else have days like this?

    I know I do. Usually on days when I'm tired and have a headache. I get frustrated, angry, and want to pick a fight but do my best not to or mutter under my breath. But a few minutes later, I calm down, grab a soda, and realize that even though I'm still angry, it's not that big of a deal, if it even should have been a deal at all...and then I refill my soda, log onto my computer, and proceed to play a game to cool off all the way.
