Oh man.. you can do a lot if you are pregnant and tired.. it totally happens.. so take it easy on yourself. I would suggest a hot shower or warm bath to relax you for starters.. I would follow it up by a hot tea or chocolate.. and then I always used lavender essential oil before bedtime if I was ever restless.. and boy does it work! It instantly calms and soothes.. I always slept sooo much better with lavender on.. try it Mamas! Also try using plenty of pillows around you... between legs, under belly, hugging it.. that always helped me too.. oh and.. a massage! Milk your partner for a massage.. you more than deserve it :)
