..bland things! :)

I always found that eating, tasteless, rather bland things in the morning, was better than nothing :) I always needed SOMETHING in my stomach to subside the nausea.. and things like dry Cheerios, crackers, even a plain donut, really helped to stick in my stomach and get rid of that nasty morning feeling.. orange juice always helped me as well.. and of course water.. lots and lots of h2o!
