who has some great exercises for my speed bump of a belly?
Panks, planks, and more planks... Did I say planks? They were the only thing that got my waste down.. and muffin top... and pooch... Try them.. then build up to longer and stronger...
Planks and walking. I didnt really do much because I was literally all baby and gained no weight and breastfed. But i walked ALOT (bc of work and i just always wanted to walk) i ended up losing double the weight of what i weighed before i even got pregnant. and just recently started doing planks to tone up. Oh and try to stay away from pops and greasy fast food.
