Foods to AVOID!
So since I am starting my second trimester.. obviously I have been given the 411 on what foods to watch out for.. a red flag of sorts for being pregnant.
Here are a few I was surprised by...
- lunch meat.. unless heated up a bit, the listeria could pose a threat they say, this was one new one I was unaware of
- caesar salad dressing.. well, the REAL stuff.. due to anchovies! ew!
- fish high in mercury.. some fish on the list to avoid surprised me a bit.. did you have any that you had to cut out?
What other foods did your doctor say no no no to?
