What if my baby bites while breastfeeding

If your baby bites while breast feeding them, it can be tough sometimes to keep angry reactions in check, it’s important to remember that your baby is still learning how to soothe their teething gums.
when babies are not actively feeding that they may bite. This is usually at the beginning of the feed or at the end when you are not paying full attention to your baby, or they have had enough.
Your baby may have a cold, or an ear infection, that's making it hard for them to swallow.
If your baby can nip you then they probably don't have a proper latch either.

Although if you startle them they could go on a nursing strike.

I only had that problem twice, she's got six teeth and teething now, but she doesn't bite my breast so it's been working. :)
