Best stain removal treatments for baby messes
I found Shout, Oxi-clean or soaking the article of clothing in laundry detergent, usually overnight. We use Tide because it is great for getting farm clothes clean! And I haven't been able to find a non-chemical version that is as effective.
We use Tide four our laundry as well. I really like Buncha Farmers stain stick for anything tough...
Our dollar store carries something called Totally Awesome (silly name, I know) that I use as a pre-treater sometimes. It works miracles, I tell ya!
What about for carpet?
I use both and they work O so well!!!
I order online from an organic company and get pre-spot. In combination with the organic laundry detergent, I have never had permanent staining on my son's clothes. It even got out dried in blood from a towel left behind when we had to take him to the hospital when he split open his head. That is when I was really impressed.
I have tried Shout but it doesn't work for us. I use Resolve. It gets baby made stains out, Ravioli stains from my step-daughter, and husband made stains.
It is also used for carpets. It is for all fabrics. It is found in the laundry detergent area in a green bottle. I used to use Tide and I like Oxy Clean but my son has sensitive skin. I hope I can switch when he is older because Tide works great on greasy man clothes. My husband works as a grounder (and does some electrical work) at a plant that makes buildings for Verizon and other companies. And he gets all sorts of junk on his work clothes. Tide usually took care of it, with the help of Resolve--if it was that bad.
Resolve works good too!
Thanks for the info!!
