Wanted to take a nap but I don't think it's going to happen

We got home and I got the kids lunches and then Chloe fell asleep so I thought this is nice maybe I can get a nap in and get the rest of the kids to take one too. Nope Aiden won't take one, he told me he's not tired he said so I told him well mommy would like to relax and take a nap and he says no, so now I can't take a nap because a 5 year old told me I couldn't. He's busy getting all the toys out and playing with everything. I need to get the other 4 kids from school soon, hopefully when Aiden goes back to school I can start taking naps, I'm almost 31 weeks pregnant and it's starting to get hard to do everything.

I laid down for a little bit but he would keep coming in saying mom wake up lol. I had to get down on the floor and play with him, he wanted me to play so we played with his train set he likes playing with. It'll be time to get the rest of the kids from school soon so I probably won't get one in today, he has no school tomorrow too so I'm sure he'll have something to say about me taking a nap tomorrow too.

Hahaha. 5 year olds think they rule the world don't they? Are you able to rest on the couch while he plays or watches a movie or something?

LOL they sure do. I could probably lay down on the couch while he plays, keeping him entertained today was a chore.

Too funny! I'm sure he had fun playing with you and good for you for getting down on the floor as far along as you are!
