..exercise & diet!
There is no way around it.. exercising, moving more and eating healthy are going to be the sure fire ways to lose that baby weight and to keep it off! I am guilty of "quick fix" weight loss in the past.. hint.. before my wedding.. but it didn't stick.. and you know why? Because it wasn't a LIFESTYLE change.. you need to change your lifestyle and manage it in a way that you can always keep it up, in order to get the results you want and keep them! :)
I say.. start moving! ANY LITTLE BIT! Start with a simple 10 minute walk a day and work your way up.. or I suggest finding a form of exercise that you completely love and that doesn't feel like WORK. Next.. diet.. I love the saying "you can't out exercise a bad diet" and it's true! No matter how much you exercise.. if you binge on junk food.. it's the wrong way to go about it.. I say, everything in moderation.. counting your calories to start can really help to.. it just puts your day of food intake into perspective!
