Promised myself I wouldn't gain 70lbs this time around but severe OHSS has already added a few lbs. to my belly. gar ......
The weight gain can be frustrating and scary but I just tried to tell myself it is normal to gain some weight. I gained about 40lbs with my pregnancy.
Awww, that must be frustrating. Don't be too hard on yourself though. Your body is doing what it needs to. Just eat as healthy as you can and try not to worry about it.
Don't worry about the weight (easier said than done, I know) Right now all focus should be on yours and your babies health. Congrats!
Thank you ladies! It's such a balancing act. I'm going to gain weight and after doing IVF this baby is the most important thing to me. I definitely want to do whatever I can to keep the little one safe and healthy, but I want to stay healthy too. Eating healthy and light exercise will be part of my everyday routine and if I put on a lot of weight so be it:) I'm growing a human for crying out loud! Thanks again for the support.
