Maiden name: Did you keep it?
Nope. My name was unique and super-easy to Google, so I escaped that notoriety by taking my husband's more generic last name. :)
Both of mine (maiden and married) are unique, but my maiden less so. I'm totally going back to it, when I stop being lazy and actually do what I need to do to change back.
Nope! I took my husband's :) It sure means a lot to him!
I kept part of it. It's hyphenated so I just made the second name my husband's. Apparently my sisters and my oldest son whose name is mine as I was single, we are the last people with our hyphenated name so I wanted to keep a part of it. My son will have the chance at some point to continue the family name!
