Weaning and milk allergy update

Hi ladies! I'm giving an update on Ally. She's now only nurse 5 times in a 24 hour period, two weeks ago it was about 10 times! So yay for it getting better! Ally is officially allergic to milk, we got the results today and will be getting a call from a nurse to explain everything to us about the results and what Ally's diet will be like now. She's tried a little almond milk, but I think if she likes coconut milk.... I'd rather her drink that. I am worried about her not getting enough calories once she's weaned, but that is something I will be able to talk to our nurse about. If any moms out there have little ones who don't drink milk... I'd love to talk to you about what you feed your toddlers!

Great job! That will limit you with her being allergic to milk but there are still lots of options out there.

Some of my daughters favorite foods:
Breakfast: Bananas, waffles, eggs, pancakes, nutrigrain bars, strawberries, oatmeal, yogurt, applesauce

Lunch: Gerber Pasta pick ups, ravioli, mac n cheese, grilled cheese, PB&J, veggies (carrots and green beans are her faves) string cheese, applesauce, fruit cups (dices apples, peaches, mangos etc) Chicken

Dinner- She usually has what we are having, shell eat chicken, beef, turkey, hotdog, mashed potatoes, fruits and veggies. Pizza even on occasion.
