I've managed to shame myself enough about my slacking on losing this baby weight, to come up with the new plan. Before, I was just loafing, waiting until we got settled into our new place in a few weeks to start really trying to lose this extra weight. Now I've decided to start on Monday...why Monday? Because it's Easter this weekend and Nina's first birthday, and I want to use it as an excuse to finish off my soda and bad snacks and go out to eat on Sunday, lol!
~I will take at least 30 minutes of my "Me Time" during Nina's naps to exercise, every day. No, cleaning doesn't count. Every Week I'll add 5-10 minutes on to the day that have to be used for exercise.
~I will go on Daily Walks with Nina (and Trevor, if he's home)
~I will cut Chocolate and Cheetos and Soda out of my diet...they're a much bigger part than they should be. I will replace them with more Fruit, Granola Bars, and other healthier snacks.
~I will eat smaller meals. More chicken and healthy things, less grilled cheese and tacos and pasta.
~On our way to Virginia, we're stopping back by Missouri (making a formerly 14 hour drive, now twice as long) and picking up some straggler stuff we left behind, including our bikes. I'm going to get one of those little bike trailers with seat belts and take Nina with me on Rides, at least 2-3 times a week.
I know it's not much, but I've let myself get WAY out of shape over the past year...using snacks and games to deal with all of the stress from adjusting to our new life. I need to stop that, and be more active. Be a better example. I won't become a fitness freak, but I want to be able to fit into my old clothes again!

End of Pregnancy Weight: 180lbs
Current Weight: 190lbs
Goal Weight: 125lbs-130lbs
