What cause vaginal itching during pregnancy

If you are experiencing vaginal itching during pregnancy it is best to call your doctor and get checked out. Vaginal itching can be a sign of a fungal or bacterial infection. Some women find that they are more susceptible to these types of infections during pregnancy. These infections can become serious and life threatening to the fetus if left untreated. The good news is there infections are usually very easy to treat with prescription medications.

I had yeast infections in most of my pregnancies! Come to find out it may have been partly due to something in Always pads as my midwife said many of her clients experienced the same thing. Ever since I stopped using that brand I haven't had issues. I also haven't been pregnant either...so it may have been a combination of both.
Never knew this... never had one during pregnancy! Good to know!
