Can you physically feel baby drop

When your baby drops it means that they baby descends deeper into the pelvis to get into a better position for the birth. This process usually happens over a period of time such as a few days. You will probably feel increased pelvic pressure and pressure in your vagina. You might have the urge to urinate more often and have more frequent bowel movements.

Many women say that the baby was so low it felt like it was going to fall out or that the baby was "right there".

I don't know that I noticed when my baby dropped--not in a way I could physically feel. People around me noticed, though, because I was huge, lol.

I'm with Tish. I don't remember ever being completely aware of my babies dropping.
