Immaculate Baking Company

I am stretched for time most of the time, lol. This morning, I made some bake-em-up (my word) chocolate rolls from Immaculate Baking Company. I found them yesterday at Whole Foods, and woah, were they tasty! I find myself really loving pretty much everything I've tried from them. My husband comes from a home where his mom home-baked EVERYTHING, and she did it very well, and even he doesn't mind products from IBC. He HATES Pillsbury, but I tell him, "Hey, I 'hate' not being a housewife. Deal with it," lol. But back to my point--Immaculate Baking Company. They make that semi-homemade stuff without a lot of preservative junk, and it all tastes great. Anyone else a fan?

My husband likes to bake from scratch, and we got him a Cooks Illustrated guide to baking one year for Christmas. I don't know if we tried cupcakes, but he made Maddie's first birthday cake, and a killer ny style cheesecake.
