Diet while Breastfeeding

SoI want to drop a few winter/ baby pounds but I want to do it healthy. I am breastfeeding so I don't want it affect my little guy in anyway. I just want to be looking good for when summer comes around. Any advice?

      When you are breastfeeding you shouldn't lose more than a pound a week. Eat a healthy, well balanced diet. Start your exercise out slow and increase it slightly each day. If you start to see a drop in your milk supply you might need to decrease your exercise or increase you intake.

      I suggest working on toning and making your body more fit and less on losing actual weight.
