Moms, how to protect your kids at the playground

I always watch them like a hawk. And now that I have older children, we have even more eyes to watch everyone. If I see a potential situation between children, I'll go over and make my presence known by just standing there without usually having to say anything.

When I used to nanny, I was always on guard at the park and was over protective of the 2 and 4 year old girls I took care of . I made sure they wore clothing that was bright to help me easily identify them amongst the other kids as that particular park was always busy. I never took my eyes off of them, a constant gaze from one kid to the next. I positioned myself close by just in case.
