How did you teach your little ones the ABCs? We have an ABCs book and I am thinking about getting some for the tub. And maybe some magnets for the fridge.
Every couple of days, I would make a big bubble letter.. and decorate it with them and color it and then we would tape it on their wall around their room.. and play around with the letter and make funny stories up and words.. and eventually we had the whole alphabet.. and they knew it!!! :)
! I use to be a teacher in a toddler room and when I was teaching my two year olds their alphabet we focused on one letter a week. That way it Dosent over stimulate their little brains! That causes children to shimut down and not want to learn. But if you notice your child is picking up on the one letter very fast you could try two a week!! All the examples that Jessica gave were great!!
We have flash cards at home that we go through. There is also a silly song on youtube with little moles that sing the ABC song. She is learning how to write letters and identify them. It gets frustrating sometimes when she doesn't listen because she is super hyper but it is worth it!
