How to tell your mom you're pregnant
Since my mom lives 1600 miles away, I usually told her over the phone. There were a few times she guessed before I told her....mother's intuition is uncanny sometimes!
I had to tell my mom over the phone...I also had to tell her then that I was married. She didn't know! Lol
I called my mom right away!!!!
I sent her a photograph of me at 4 months
I was terrified to tell my mom when I was pregnant with my daughter. I just knew she's blast my ear drums out about not using birth control, as I hadn't exactly been planning that pregnancy. I did tell her over the phone and there was a lot of silence. I figured that was better than yelling or crying?
It's so funny because I was terrified to tell my mom too...and I was 34! Lol
Lol yeah I was terrified she would yell but she was just like "oh ok" shocked me half to death.
I said, "Are you ready to be a grandmother of 17?" She sounded more excited than I was; one would think she was the one pregnant. Lol
I came back from a funeral in Cali and when I got home I told my mom I was super sick and thought I was prego!!! I have no fear! lol
I sent my mom pictures everytime. The first time of the pregnancy test. The second time of my daughter wearing a shirt saying big sister and the last time a pic of my older two holding a ultrasound pic.
I wasn't very nerves about telling my mom, honestly I didn't even get the chance I told her I had something to tell her and my boyfriend just looked at her and said your going to be a grandmother I was two months and shortly after I got to tell her she was going to be a grandmother of two! She was very excited and my daughters are spoiled everytime I go over there!:)
I told my mom over the phone. I was either 2-4 weeks pregnant. She was surprised but delighted.
