So I have been hearing about these body wraps that help take inches off your waste line, But.. they cost a lot of money. So I have been searching around the internet trying to see what DIY body wraps work best. some used ic e hot , plastic wrap and a blanket in which you can control how hot you want it. I ,yself think that would be alittle dangerous. so I found one that seems pretty good. Now ii my self have not used it yet but I am hoping t try this out before summer.
you will need:
3 Cups of water
1 Cup of Epsom salt (any kind you like)
1 1/2 Cup of Aloe Vera Juice
The Juice of 1 Lemon
Aroma Therapy oils. Juniper Oil, Lemon oil, Vetiver, and Niaouli
2 Ace bandages( If wrapping whole body use about 6)
Boil water then add Epsom salt and let it melt. Add the Aloe Vera Juice. Let it simmer down then turn off the heat. Squeeze in the juice of one Lemon. Then add 6 to 7 drops of each of the aromatherapy oils. Put he mixture in a large bowl and let the ace bandages soak. Make sure your skin is clean and clear of any dry dead skin. Place wraps around your abdomen area as well as on the thighs , or arms, or whole body if you wish. Then wrap areas in plastic wrap. Leave on for 50 min, while you relax and read or watch a movie.. :)
TIP! Stay warm by using the plastic wrap or sitting in a sauna...etc what ever you wish to stay warm and help you sweat.
IMPORTANT!!! STAY HYDRATED!! DRINK PLENTY OF WATER WHILE USING WRAP!!!
