How do you get your breastmilk to dry up??

It's funny that I struggled to produce breastmilk and now I can't seem to get it to stop! Any suggestions? I should have Ally fully weaned by next week. She's no longer nursing during the day and only nurses at bedtime and once during the night. Yay for progess!

Try taking sudafed, it can help dry up your milk. Put a tight compress around your breasts. Make sure that you always have a well fitted bra on and that your nipples do not get rubbed.

It is very normal to leak some milk for months or even years after you stop nursing.
