Baby is head down at 20 weeks: is it normal?

Totally normal!

At 20 weeks your baby can be in whatever position she wants to be in. She is also going to move many more time in the next few weeks and she is probably moving many times a day. At 20 weeks a baby being head down doesn't really mean anything, it is just the position the baby happen to be in during the ultrasound.

I think Madeleine was face down for the last part of my pregnancy. Her bum was always up and to the left of my body, lol.
