Keeping calm with teenagers

Sometimes the hormones are going and you can see their attitude turn south. It comes out of nowhere, nothing in particular happened to cause a bad mood. Doesn't matter, they are slaves to their teenage brains and the moodiness that accompanies the age.

I have found that walking away when I feel fed up to be the best thing I can do. It gives up both time to calm down and regroup.
