War wounds...

You always expect your child as they grow to get some war wounds...cuts, scraps, some knocks to the head. But I was so not prepared for how many war wounds I would get. Every day he either head butts me, or bites me, or walks under my feet and trips me, or I step or trip over a toy. But today he broke my elbow with his rock hard noggin! Nice little fracture...hurts like crazy...It took me forever to clean the house today (I don't stop for pain and I won't let them cast it) and then he turned around and headbutted me in the same spot as the break! BUT my Mommy brought me an Icee to make me feel better (because I have strep throat) so I guess it was worth it :-) lol

Oh my goodness, he must have one hard head to break your elbow. Get feeling better soon!

My goodness! I'm not at that point yet, unless you count biting while nursing, but I am sure it is due to start soon!

His noggin is seriously like a rock...and big! lol
Oh man! I can't imagine the biting during nursing. I stopped nursing him before we got to that point just for that reason.

I need to steer clear of his noggin. That seems to give me the worst battle scars :-)

Well I've broken a lot of bones...you kind of almost get used to it.

Stay at home wife and Mom. I have an older step son that is an amazing young man. My husband and myself have a little boy and newborn girl. Balancing life isn't always easy but it's always worth it :-)
