Omega-3 for kids?

Does your child/children take omega-3 supplement? Mark takes his fiber and vitamins daily. I'm thinking of adding omega-3 supplement as well. He doesn't like to eat fish, and I think that his diet is deficient in omega-3s. And if yes, what brand do you prefer?

Absolutely. And I also noticed improvements in mood, concentration after a few months of adding the Omega-3. I did a ton of research into this. The best is to use the liquid fish oil. I use Nutra Sea usually. It is expensive, but I think it's worth it. There are other ways to save money - like cutting back on garbage, sugar cereals, for example, and serving a more natural breakfast.
