Share a cough home remedy

A clove or two of garlic minced, add honey and drink! Great for sore throats and coughs. B is about the only one who can handle garlic in any form raw.

I haven't been brave enough to try it like B. She eats garlic and onions raw. I prefer them cooked! I use R.C., Raven and Breathe Again essential oils for coughs.

Yes, honey and lemon we've used, especially in hot tea or hot water.

I heard something about apple cider vinegar during the winter and can't remember what it was....I think Leah DGoddessmentioned something at one point

        Honey and water (heated)
        Gargling Listerine (for sore throats)
Organic Parsley tea (you boil the fresh parsley in some water and make a tea out of it). You can also make it into a paste and place it on insect or spider bites or swollen body parts. My mother uses this, and it works.
