Garage Sales!

My 2 year old needs clothes. So garage sales, here we come. Now, since I filled the van with boxes yesterday and didn't feel like emptying it last night... We are walking. Thankfully we live in a small town and it's a nice day. It will be easier anyway, this way I don't have to take kids in and out of car seats.

We are going to one just for fun. Every year a mom in town has her kids clean out toys.. They get the profits from the garage sale. The cousins got involve and so did grandma. Everything is .50 and they have kids books. :D The rest (4-5) are clothes. It's our city-wides this weekend. If I can't find what I need, I get to go to thrift stores in the city...with three kids...i hope I find what I need lol.

there's a web site... oh shoot.. I gotta check on Pinterest-google lost my bookmarks.. I want to order from them when i get $30.. You get a random box of books for a set price, you can pick a category or just tell them random.. The prices go up depending on the amount of books you want.

I did a few last weekend with my mom..But my four year kept begging to come. The 2 year old could have cared less because she had a snack and grandma to talk to. Walking will wear them out and maybe we'll stop at the park if the jungle gym is fixed.

We spent two hours, mostly walking, and came home with a bag of clothes and some 'new' toys. Still have a few to go to, but I was exhausted after pushing my weight in stroller and kids an walking all over town.
