Which baby sleep books to buy

I purchased and read "The Sleep Book" by Dr. Sears, and I liked it very much. It gave a lot of suggestions, and didn't just harp on bedsharing, although the Sears's promote that very much in other literature. It really prioritized what to do immediately to get baby as much sleep as fast as possible, and I appreciated that. We opted for bedsharing, but also gained techniques on how to help our daughter nap with her father while I was away.

That's the way I felt too. There were things you could try, and things you could leave, but I think everyone could find at least one something to try.

I haven't read a Dr. Sears book in years. Glad you found "The Sleep Book" helpful.
