Daily or weekly weight loss group?
I've been kicking an idea around in my head and thought it would be good to get some input.
Losing weight doesn't require a group or support network, but isn't it more fun with one? I want to get in shape, not really lose a ton but just feel better physically. Realistically I could lose a good 30 pounds, but that's not a big deal to me. I just want to be healthy, if that makes sense. But dang if eating healthy and exercise isn't boring as heck sometimes!
How would you guys feel about a daily or weekly fitness thread? I was thinking we could have a poster feature what they did that day, or like to do in general as far as fitness goes and also share our own daily or weekly strides towards fitness.
Anyone game? And I would LOVE input if you are interested, like things to feature and how often to do the post (daily, every other day, weekly).
Maybe every other day. I don't want anyone to burn out or feel pressured, ya know?
I am strictly gluten free. So if anyone needs advice on how to maintain that diet, I'm your gal. And I also loooooove to be creative with how food looks and tastes for kids.
