Being healthy, our journey together!
I know we talked about having a thread for our journey together here on being healthy. For some of us it is weight loss, for others it is maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Let's start this thread with our goals. My goal is to exercise more, which is really important to me as I suffer with fibromyalgia. With this illness exercise can be incredibly beneficial so that's where I am going to start. I don't want to over do it or feel overwhelmed by this so I am going to start slow.
My goal is to walk in my neighborhood three days next week. I'm not putting a distance or time on this, just to get out and do it.
