Are any of you gluten free?
How hard is it to find gluten free products?
We are not completely gluten free but my daughter says she feels better when she eats gluten free. It isn't that hard to find gluten free products. Most stores are starting to carry full lines of gluten free products. We also use a monthly co-op/buying club where we can buy things at bulk discount prices. I love it, when I remember to click "submit" on my order. I've forgotten the past two months.
I am not, but I do seem to feel better when I eat limited gluten. I know around here gluten-free products are very, very easy to find and I think the trend has become rather widespread. If you don't mind my asking, what is your purpose in lacking gluten? Celiac? Autism? I've read some pretty controversial studies about the effects of gluten on autism. From what I've noticed though, the autistic brain/body can be very sensitive to lots of things including food not specifically limited to gluten. I know I for one felt much better on a vegan diet once I tweaked it so I was getting proper nutrition. Food can be the best medicine!
