Is rosy red cheek could be a teething sign in baby

Red cheeks could be a sign of multiple things.

Most commonly red cheeks are probably a sign or dry or chapped skin. Drooling babies often get the drool on their cheeks and it can chap the skin. Try keeping the drool wiped up as much as you can. You can also put coconut oil on their skin to help moisturize it.

Red cheeks can also be a sign of a virus known as Fifth's Disease. It is a normal childhood illness and has mild cold like symptoms and the classic symptom is red cheeks.
