Moms, what are safe cleaners to use around little ones

I feel very fortunate to live in a time where conservation and eco friendly living has become so popular. The tough part is trying to afford some of these products while diapers, formula and wipes are always on your list. . We also have a septic system since we live out in the country, so a lot of those harsh chemicals can reek havoc on our system.

There are some things I still buy in the store but I make a lot at home using safer products like vinegar, baking soda, salt, lemons, etc. We always have a gallon or two of plain white distilled vinegar hanging around the house. Vinegar and water in a spray bottle is a great all purpose cleaner and adding a few drops of essential oil can help if the smell of vinegar bothers you.
