Grandparent Classes Teach New Rules to Older Gen

I thought this was an interesting concept. For me I don't know that my parents would be willing to do this. I hear these struggles all the time now with my friends having kids, their parents or grandparents say oh, just use this 20 year old car seat, use our old crib, just lay her on her belly, just do this etc, old out dated parenting practices that may not be considered safe anymore. And it can be so hard to talk with your parents about the way you wish to raise your child and why the ways the grew up with may not be best.

What do you think, would your parents ever do a grandparents class like this? I think it's great if you can get them to participate.
