We fixed that problem by buying a few cast iron pans when we could. Keeps everybody's iron up and the doctors are always amazed when/if we need testing.
That's a great suggestion! It's really that noticeable of a difference that your doctors can tell?
The kids haven't been tested in a few years since we stopped WIC.. but when they tested mine when I was pregnant it was up by 20-surprising because I've been pregnant or nursing for almost 5 years.
