Can you feel pregnancy symptoms immediately after you conceive

Probably not. It will take some time for the fertilized egg to burrow into your uterine lining and it will take sometime for your body to start producing the pregnancy hormone. Once you start producing the hormone, HCG, you might start to feel symptoms. Usually it take at least two week to notice any symptoms, if not longer.

I wouldn't say I felt symptoms upon conception but my last few pregnancies we suspected way before my period was due because of the symptoms I experienced - tiredness, nausea and with the odd child food aversions.
