Lose weight after having a baby: the easiest way
For me it was breastfeeding! I lost almost all of the baby weight in the first two months after giving birth and I attributed that to the fact that I was breastfeeding. I breastfed my babies on demand as much as they wanted. People always asked me what I did to lose the wait and I did nothing. I have noticed that if I try to exercise while breastfeeding my milk supply drops. After awhile I try doing some very simple exercises to strengthen my muscles and tone by belly.
