Needing to sleep!!!

hello moms, my almoust 8 month ols girl never sleeps more than 4 hours in a row. I already put her in her bedroom, but it didn't help. Any sugestions?

    She usually dinners at 8pm and then dream feed at 12pm...but then at 4pm she wants to eat again....

    she wakes up automatically to eat at the dream feed, she only calmes down eating...but I wonder if it is just habit...sometimes she wakes up more times, but falls back to sleep with the pacifier...i have no idea if it could be white noise,when we changed her to her room we thought it could be that...but nothing changed...

        Sleep training has helped us a lot. Babies have sleep cycles just like we do. You know how sometimes during the night you wake up just a little, turn over, and go back to sleep? The same thing happens to babies but they don't understand how to fall back asleep on their own. Sleep training can help with that.

        Unfortunately, if you daughter is really hungry at 4am and not just comfort feeding there's not much you can do about it. Is she eating solids well? Maybe increase her solids to see if that helps her sleep longer.
