Good foods for pregnancy
Really anything healthy! Fruits and veggies, maintaining a balanced diet is best and trying to setae clear of junk. Though it is okay to indulge your cravings sometimes!
I saw this cool chart one time that showed you what your cravings actually meant..... oh here it is!
I really tried to follow that line of thinking when I was pregnant with Bub. I was completely okay with gaining weight, I knew I would. But right before I got pregnant with him I was at my al time low weight as an adult and I didn't want to struggle to get back to it after he was born.
Protein! Fats and sugars are okay in small doses, really you can't go wrong with fruits and veggies, but don't forget your proteins!
