My personal results! :)
I simply fuel my body with proper nutrition, which then led to MY amazing results! :) I was able to lose the 20 lbs I gained in college, energy levels shot through the roof, and now I am toning up like crazy!

I'm testing for my 5th degree black belt next summer so I'm busy getting back into shape for that. I'm past my pre-pregnancy weight so that's good. But I need to work on my jumping muscles. I have to jump over 3 people bent at the waist and break boards so that's my focus right now.

Hey Melissa! I mainly focus on my nutrition, which is why I use Herbalife products. And I only work out maybe 3 days a week for no more than an hour. I'm actually a health coach and would love to help you reach any health and wellness goals you may have :-)
