Carrots baby food
Avery loved carrots for a while, but now she's kind of over them. She'll still eat them, but I wanted to make something more flavorful to keep her attention. I bake them in some olive oil and the cut them up into finger foods. You could mash or puree for a younger baby.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. Coat the carrots lightly in some olive oil and put in a baking dish
3. Bake for 45 minutes or until the the carrots are fork tender and dark orange.
They really do have a lot more flavor when baked instead of roasted!
